Insurance Details
Services for insured clients are available through insurance and contractual agreements eligible for coverage under the policy plan, categorized into two types:
Health Insurance, which covers illnesses and accidents: Must be utilized within 24 hours.
Accident Insurance, providing coverage solely for accidents, including indications such as bruises, swelling, open wounds, fractures, sprains, dislocations, and foreign body presence, which must be specified, among others.

After checking the insurance list, patients can follow these guidelines:
1. In general and emergency services, these documents must be readily prepared in order to verify benefits and coverage:
- National Identity Card or
- Card issued by government sectors or
- Insurance card or insurance number
2. Outpatient services
- Patients are requested to contact hospital in order to verify coverage and benefits before receiving treatments.
- Staff of Third Party Department with specified insurance company to reaffirm a claim right.
- Excluded expenses out of insurance coverage, patients are requested to pay by themselves.
Inpatient services with planning
- Patients are requested to sign in informed consent form before receiving services at registration counters.
-In case that the total services fees exceeds the insurance coverage, patients are responsible to pay excluded expenses out of insurance coverage.

***You can apply for treatment benefits for both outpatient and inpatient services using the Fax Claim System, in accordance with the coverage outlined in both health insurance policies and accident insurance.
